Born Feb. 12, 1942 in Oklahoma, Mr. Brooks married Patricia Taylor on Dec. 22, 1962 in Ceres. He loved his family, and enjoyed horses, baseball and football.
He leaves behind his wife, Patricia of Spring Texas; his children, Tony Brooks of Springs, Texas, and Tia Zwickey of Tracy; his brother, Leon Brooks of Yuma, Ariz.; his sister, Doxie Nice of Modesto; and his grandchildren, Sierra Brooks and Joshua Brooks of Spring, Texas, and DeAnna Zwickey and Trenton Zwickey of Tracy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas E. Brooks Sr. and Florence Brooks, his brothers, Earl Brooks, Bill Brooks and J.D. Brooks; and sister Lois Manning.
