A Celebration of Life was held Tuesday at Lakewood Memorial Park for Tommy Wilbur, 51, of Modesto. He died Sept. 1, 2009.
Born Nov. 14, 1957 in Orange City, Tommy had been a resident of Modesto and Ceres for 37 years. He was a long time truck driver, most recently employed by Rocha Trucking for the last 10 years.
He leaves behind his wife of 26 years, Susan Wilbur of Ceres; his four children, Angie Norton, Hollee Wilbur, Aimee Wilbur and Stephanee Wilbur, all of Ceres; his parents, Donald A. Wilbur, Sr. and Velma Kerns; two brothers, Donald Wilbur and Ron Wilbur; five sisters, Nancy, Becky, Debbie, Cindy and Patricia; and three granddaughters. He was preceded in death by Ada and Wallace Wilbur, who raised him.
