Allen Mortuary was in charge of arrangements and a private service for Wilbern J.R. Boykin, 60, of Ceres. He died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004 at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
Born Jan. 8, 1944, Mr. Boykin was a native of Salinas and lived in Ceres for six months. He was a forklift driver for Banquet Foods for 27 years. Mr. Boykin enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on older cars.
He leaves behind his wife, Barbara Boykin of Ceres; two children, Krystal Camp of Ceres and Tim Lambert of Turlock; three sisters, Betty Malone of Winnemucca, Nev., Marie Prause of Woodville, Wis., and Mildred England of Merced; and two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
