The Ceres Dolphins had a lot of individual success during their 1,374-678 loss to the Tracy Tritons on Saturday, June 5 in Ceres.

The recreational swim club racked up 39 first-place finishes, 25 seconds, 24 thirds, 17 fourths, 11 fifths and 13 sixths.

Tyler Padilla (17-18 boys), Montana Bull (15-16 girls), Tori Gunzenhauser (15-16 girls), Haley Fisicaro (13-14 girls), Jadyn Shinn (7-8 girls) and Jordan Shinn (6&under boys) all dominated during the course of the MVSL dual meet.

The Tritons won the team showdown because of its superior depth.

"They scored more points because we didn't have as many kids," Dolphins head coach Tracy Bull said.
