Ceres Highs Emily Chapman took third in the 100 fly versus Livingston on Friday. The Bulldogs won the WAC dual, 107-63.

Central Valley High School's varsity boys and girls swim teams are no longer winless.

Central Valley's boys capped off the WAC-dual meet season with an 81-54 win against Central Catholic on Friday at the SOS Club.

Thomas Rogers finished first in both the 50 free and 100 breast while leading the fourth-place Hawks (1-5).

Branden Burton finished first in the 100.

Cameron Tucker finished first in the 200 IM and third in the 100 back.

David Jimenez finished second in the 200 IM and third in the 100 breast.

Jose Robles finished second in the 100 breast and third in the 50 free.

Kevin Martinez finished second in the 500 free and fourth in the 50 free.

Andrew Serratos finished third in the 500 free.

Jesse Magana finished third in the 200 free.

Central Valley's girls prevailed, 78-30.

The sixth-place Hawks (1-5) received contributions from Victoria Navarro, Naomi Torres, Eve Bratenas, Marissa Ortega, Bianca Zuniga, Jessica Muci, Stephanie Navarro and Bianca Navarro.

Victoria finished first in the 50 free.

Naomi finished first in the 100 free.

Eve finished first in the 200 IM and second in the 100 breast.

Marissa finished first in the 100 back and third in the 100 free.

Bianca Zuniga finished second in the 200 free and third in the 500 free.

Jessica finished third in the 50 free.

Stephanie finished third in the 100 breast.

Bianca Navarro finished fourth in the 100 breast.

Ceres High School's varsity boys swim team locked up sole possession of second place in the Western Athletic Conference dual-meet standings with a 100-70 victory over visiting Livingston on Friday.

The Bulldogs compiled a 5-1 record.

The Wolves finished 3-3.

Los Banos (6-0) took first.

Zach Jones, Manuel Hernandez, Stefan Perry, Erik Weststeyn, Samuel Ochoa, Mario Gonzalez, Cody Azevedo, Jacob Stone, Bobby Baranski, Damien Underwood, Tino Amaya, Joshua Moita, Ethan Campbell and Timothy Campbell propelled Ceres High past Livingston.

Jones swept the 200 free (2:01.95) and 100 breast (1:10.42).

Hernandez placed first in the 50 free (25.31).

Perry placed first in the 100 free (58.38) and third in the 100 breast (1:17.89).

Weststeyn placed first in the 500 free (6:09.53) and fourth in the 100 fly (1:07.73).

Ochoa placed second in the 50 free (26.40) and 100 free (59.54).

Gonzalez placed second in the 100 back (1:13.54) and third in the 200 IM (2:33.91).

Azevedo placed third in the 100 back (1:23.38) and fourth in the 500 free (7:07.69).
