Dolphins finish third in Turlock

The Ceres Dolphins recreational swim team finished in the middle of the pack while competing at the Seadogs Invitational on June 25 at Pitman High School.

The Dolphins racked up 1,303 points on their way to a third-place showing.

The Turlock Seadogs (1,869.5) and Ripon Sea Lions (1,565.5) took first and second, respectively.

The Tracy Tritons (898) and Manteca Dolphins (504) rounded out the team scoring.

Evan Lumpkin (11-12 boys), Victoria Silveria (11-12 girls) and Iain McCarthy (9-10 boys) brought home High-Point trophies for dominating their respective age divisions.

Colin Ramos placed second in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly.

Logan Kier placed third in the 100 back, fourth in the 100 free and fifth in the 50 free.
