The Ceres Dolphins recreational swim team finished in third place behind the Turlock Seadogs and Ripon Sea Lions while competing at the Tracy Invitational on May 29 at West High School.
The Seadogs, Sea Lions and Dolphins racked up 1,678.5, 1,548 and 1,447.5 points, respectively.
"We're the three dominant teams in the league," Ceres head coach Tracy Bull said.
The Dolphins had four High-Point champions, including Taylore Bentley (17-18 girls), Aryanna Jimenez (13-14 girls), Victoria Silveria (11-12 girls) and Evan Lumpkin (11-12 boys).
Ciana Sather (15-16 girls), Nicholas Campbell (9-10 boys) and Maxwell Melchner (6&under boys) placed second in their respective age groups.
"Overall, it was pretty impressive," Bull said. "We came within an eyelash of having three more High-Point winners."
Sather set a meet record in the 50 fly.
"She had a great day," Bull said. "It doesn't surprise me. She's always had a great work ethic."
