Ceres police have arrested two suspects and looking for two more in connection with the Dec. 26 shooting death of a bar patron.
Derrick Farrow, 33, of Ceres was shot to death outside Runaround Sue's bar at 1409 Mitchell Road following a fight that started inside the establishment. Ceres Police Detectives identified several confirmed gang members as being involved in the fight and Farrow's slaying.
Police served six search warrants throughout the county on Wednesday morning to collect evidence linking the suspected gang members to the homicide. The searches were conducted by Ceres Police with the help of Modesto and Turlock Police, the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department, Stanislaus County Probation, Stanislaus County District Attorney's Office and the FBI.
Arrested were Richard Isaac Monroy, 18, and Gabriel Enrique Gallardo, 18, both of Ceres. Both have been charged with murder and association with a criminal street gang.
Police are still seeking Eric Padilla-Sanchez, 20, and Luis Martinez, 20, both of Ceres, for the same charges.
