Biker rider arrested on warrants

A 51-year-old Ceres man who was riding his bike in the 1900 block of Mitchell Road was arrested for drug possession as well as two warrants.

Officers Charles Hernandez and Hector Pulido were on patrol at 9:07 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 21 when they stopped Isaac Ishak, 51, of Ceres, who had two active warrants for his arrest. One warrant was issued by Ceres Police for a prior incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, while the other was from California State University Stanislaus police for theft. During a search of Ishak, a small bag of methamphetamine was found.
