Burger King altercation leads to arrest of Stockton murder suspect

Lamont Clark was arrested in Ceres Sunday evening after police responded to reports of a fight. They learned Clark is wanted in a Stockton murder case.

Reports of a fight in public between a man and woman resulted in the arrest of a Ceres teenager wanted for murder by Stockton Police.

A fight at Burger King on Mitchell Road was reported at 9 p.m. on Sunday. Ceres Police officers Eric Gallegos and Brian Petersen arrived and in the 2800 block of Della Drive located Lamont Clark, 18, of Ceres, because he matched the description of the man involved in the disturbance.

The woman was found inside the restaurant. 

When police ran a warrant check on Clark they learned he was for a Stockton murder. Clark was arrested without incident.
