Frank Ambris III, 31, a man with a history of arrests in Ceres, was behind bars again on May 5 when he was caught rummaging through a Ford van in the 2600 block of Coty Court.

At 4:05 a.m. a caller reported to police that a man was pilfering through the van. Officers found that Ambris was caught selecting tools and placing them into a bag. He was arrested for vehicle burglary.
