Eduardo Gutierrez, 35 of Ceres, was arrested Friday afternoon for a felony no bail arrest warrant issued by an agency in Merced County.
The arrest was made at 1:19 p.m. by Officer Christian Izquierdo who was on patrol in the 1800 block of Central Avenue.
