Frank Henry Sales, 54, of Ceres, was arrested Thursday morning, Oct. 17 at 11:04 a.m. after someone reported the way he was driving his white Ford F-150 pickup.

Officer Freddie Ortiz located Sales in the 2900 block of Joy Avenue. Officer Adam Hall could smell the strong odor of alcohol on his breath, and detected slurred speech, watery eyes, and an unsteady gait. Sales was unable to complete a field sobriety test so he submitted to a breath test which resulted in a .19 percent blood alcohol content, over twice the legal limit.    

Sales was arrested for DUI.
