Eduardo Cervantes, 35, of Ceres, was arrested for a felony warrant after he was stopped while driving on Hackett Road near Central Avenue on the first day of the new year.

Officer Alex Ochoa pulled over Cervantes at 11:50 a.m. and discovered that he had a felony warrant related to forgery and burglary.
