A citizen's report about a possible drunken driver on Sunday, Dec. 13 ended in arrest but not for imbibed driving.

A six-year-old daughter in the car was taken in by family members as Zepeda was arrested on charges of possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and driving without a license.
