A 28-year-old Ceres man was arrested for DUI after a three-vehicle crash that occurred late Wednesday, Sept. 15.

The crash was reported at 11:44 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ninth Street in Ceres. During the investigation, Officer Eric Souza contacted Diego Garcia, 28, of Ceres, a driver of one of the vehicles involved. Garcia appeared to be intoxicated. A records check also revealed Garcia is on probation for DUI and his driver’s license was suspended for a prior DUI. 

Officer Souza arrested Garcia for DUI, driving on a suspended license for DUI and a probation violation.
