Driver jailed for DUI following crash

A 33-year-old Modesto man was jailed on Thursday afternoon after he allegedly crashed into another car at Hatch and Herndon roads while driving intoxicated.

The crash occurred at 12:27 p.m. 

One of the drivers, Aaron Nungaray, displayed symptoms of someone who was intoxicated. At the conclusion of the DUI investigation, Officer Sakasagawa arrested and booked Nungaray for DUI.
