A 44-year-old Riverbank man was arrested Wednesday afternoon, July 15 after he was reported publicly urinating in the parking lot of the Chevron at Whitmore and Central avenues, and stopped minutes later as an intoxicated driver.

Ceres Police were called at 4:48 p.m. about the indecent exposure of Juan Guerra Jr., 44, of Riverbank. Guerra was spotted driving off southbound on Central Avenue. He was located and stopped by Sgt. Vince Hooper on El Camino Avenue near Fifth Street. It became apparent that Guerra was drunk. Officer Kiashira Ruiz took over and determined that he was too impaired to drive and arrested him.
