A 22-year-old Keyes man was arrested for a felony warrant during a Tuesday evening, April 16 car stop in Ceres.

At 11:45 p.m., Officer Juan Ramos was patrolling the area of Mitchell Road near Colleen Way when he stopped Carlos Arzate who violated the vehicle code in a Subaru Forester. A records check from his driver’s license showed that he was wanted for a felony charge relating to a prior assault case.

Arzate was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
