A business owner saw someone stealing gas from his pickup and dialed 911 early Saturday morning, which prompted officers to arrive and catch the suspect.

At 1:31 a.m. the owner of Liquidation Outlet, 2301 Fairview Drive, saw a man on a parking lot surveillance video siphoning gas from his vehicle. Police caught Buddy Underwood, 27, of Keyes, taking the gas and cited him for theft before releasing him.
