Hannah Middleton, 23, of Ceres, will be going to court soon to faces two charges relating from an early Monday morning car stop.

At 2:16 a.m. Officer Miguel Villalobos pulled over Middleton's car at Ninth Street and Whitmore Avenue and detected the smell of alcohol on her breath. It was determined that she had a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of 0.17 percent. Middleton was arrested and booked on two charges - driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with a BAC above .08 percent.
