A 31-year-old Crows Landing man who had four outstanding warrants for his arrest was taken into custody by Ceres Police Monday morning after an officer checked out several people loitering behind a closed business in the 1300 block of Hatch Road.

At 9 a.m. Officer Eric Souza found Mark Lomeli to have the arrest warrants and booked him into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
