A set of brass knuckles hung by a string around his neck landed Raymond Rico, 31, of Ceres, a trip to the jail on Saturday.
Rico was spotted at 1:07 p.m. at Herndon and Panero roads as he was walking toward an officer. Rico was arrested for possession of a dangerous weapon.
