A man who was stopped on his bicycle went to the Stanislaus County Jail on Friday evening after he lied to a police officer about his name.

At 8:50 p.m. Officer Eric Gallegos saw Adrian Bravo, 32, riding his bicycle and make an unlawful move in the area of Richland Avenue and Richard Way. During the stop, Bravo gave a fictitious name. Gallegos discovered Bravo's true name during the course of the investigation and booked him into the Stanislaus County jail.
