A 53-year-old transient man was arrested Tuesday morning, June 13 after a code enforcement officer spotted him trespassing at the abandoned Walmart store building at 1600 Mitchell Road and police learned he had a felony warrant issued for his arrest.
Tommy Nieto was spotted on the premises at 9:13 a.m. and officers were called. They intended to ask him why he was hanging around on the property when Nieto jumped on his bicycle and fled toward McDonalds.
