Daniel Bocanegra, 57, of Manteca, was driving in the area of Mitchell Road and Whitmore Avenue Friday evening when he was pulled over for vehicle code violations and appeared to be intoxicated.

Bocanegra was pulled over in his 1999 Chevrolet Silverado

at approximately 10:13 p.m. by Officer Samuel Garcia. The officer detected that Bocanegra was drunk and arrested him after a DUI investigation.
