Joshua Becerra, 20, of Modesto, was removed from his car after speeding down Whitmore Avenue last week and found with a suspended license and several large bags of unprocessed marijuana. He then was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
Officer Freddie Ortiz attempted to stop a white Toyota Prius for speeding and equipment violations on Whitmore Avenue while on patrol at 10:24 p.m. on Wednesday evening, Dec. 14.
