Ceasar Osorio Cabrales, 26, of Modesto was arrested by a Ceres Police officer Saturday on a felony warrant.

Officer Aaron Pinon was on patrol in the area of Whitmore Avenue and Malik Avenue at approximately 10:50 p.m., when he saw Cabrales and a routine records check revealed the arrest warrant.
