Victor Ray Nazar, 31, of Modesto was arrested on a felony arrest warrant Thursday evening after he was recognized by a Ceres officer.

Officer Eric Souza was patrolling in the 1300 block of Hatch Road at 10:19 p.m., when he noticed Nazar who was wanted by the Ceres Police Department. He was then arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center for the warrant.
