Shawn Reid was arrested by Ceres Police on Sept. 11 on gun charges and believe he was shooting from a moving car.
Ceres Police stopped a speeding car early Tuesday, Sept. 11 and arrested one of the passengers on weapons charges. Officers suspect that front passenger, Shawn Reid, 26, of Modesto, had been firing a gun from the car before it was pulled over.
