An early Friday traffic stop on the driver of a Honda Accord for vehicle code violations resulted in the arrest of a 26-year-old female passenger who had a felony arrest warrant.

When Officer Kevin Roseen stopped the car at 2:05 a.m. in the area of Mitchell and Roeding roads, he conducted a records check on both occupants. Dispatchers notified him that passenger Rachael Fowlkes, 26, of Modesto, had a felony warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle. Fowlkes was arrested and booked at the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
