One of Ceres Police Department’s newest officers made an arrest Monday evening of a 26-year-old Ceres man wanted for a felony charge.

At approximately 4:57 p.m., Officer Salin Chrim-Marquez was on patrol in the area of Hatch Road and Richland Avenue when she watched the driver of a silver Toyota Camry violate the vehicle code and stopped Spencer Dellis. A routine records check revealed that a warrant was issued for Dellis’ arrest so he was taken to the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
