The public is being asked by Ceres Police investigators to help lead them to a 45-year-old Modesto man who is wanted for conducting sexual contact with a 14-year-old Ceres girl.

In April, detectives began investigating a case of child molestation allegedly committed by Bounmy "Jeff" Sidouang, 45, of Modesto. They say he sent inappropriate text messages to the girl, which led to an inappropriate relationship lasting approximately six months when it was discovered by a family member.

Sidouang is at large and may have left the area. He was last known to drive a black Honda or Acura style vehicle with out-of-state license plates. Sidouang has a violent criminal history and should not be approached. He is described as being 5-foot-4, 135 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
