A 53-year-old Modesto man riding through Ceres on Wednesday evening, April 12 was arrested when it was learned that the motorcycle he was riding on was stolen.

Officer Aaron Pinon was patrolling the area of Hatch and Morgan roads at 9:33 p.m. when, because of vehicle code violations, he stopped Peter Musovich, 53, of Modesto on a Suzuki motorcycle. The officer learned the bike was stolen and arrested the rider.

Musovich was taken into custody and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of vehicle theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.
