A man described as heavily intoxicated was arrested Wednesday evening since he was irrational and was unable to care for himself.

Police were dispatched to the Howard Johnson Inn on the frontage road at 9:20 p.m. after someone was concerned about a man running around the parking lot saying someone was "going to die." When police arrived they found two men walking northbound on Herndon from the motel. One man had a cut on his upper right arm and was rendered first aid. He said a woman cut his arm but could not provide details.

Alex Romero Salazar, 21 of San Jose, was arrested on charges of public intoxication.
