A stolen 1992 Harley Davidson motorcycle was recovered Monday after Officer Keith Griebel ran the license plate on it the 1800 block of Darwin Avenue.

Arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle were Kevin Hutchinson, 48, and Tony Shinpaugh, 47, both of Ceres.

In another unrelated incident, police reported that a case has been forwarded to the Stanislaus County District Attorney's office for review and possible charges against a teenager who allegedly used pepper spray on persons during an argument at the El Rematito Flea Market on Crows Landing Road.

Police were called to the flea market at 1 p.m. on Thursday on complaints that 19-year-old Damian Garciacalbillo sprayed several people with pepper spray. Police took conflicting statements from several people about what happened during the argument.
