Three arrested for burglary

Three persons were arrested for burglary Monday, May 11 after a citizen reported seeing a man dressed in all black clothing and looking into cars at Southern Oak Drive at White Oak Court.

Police received the call at 8:30 p.m. and officers checked out the area. Two men were found dressed in black who stated they didn't know where they were and that they were searching for a girl to smoke drugs with in a car.

Officers searched and located Deanna Ludlow, 35, of Ceres, pretending to be asleep in a nearby car. Officers determined that all three were together. A search of the car turned up burglary tools including power drills, binoculars, window breaking devices, bolt cutters, gloves and flashlights.

Kenneth Lindsay, 36, of Ceres, was arrested and charged with prowling, possession of burglary tools, conspiracy to commit a crime and a Modesto Police Department warrant for possession of stolen property.

Randin Lindsay, 36, of Ceres, was charged with prowling, possession of burglary tools, conspiracy and probation violation.

Ludlow, 35, was also arrested and charged with prowling, possession of burglary tools and conspiracy to commit a crime.
