Rachelle Yarbery, 35, of Modesto, was stopped by a Ceres police officer Friday morning for having expired car registration and was found to be without a valid driver's license. In the process of preparing the car to be towed from the 1400 block of Hatch Road, Officer Eric Gallegos searched the car and found a small bag of methamphetamine. He arrested Yarbery on the charge of possession of methamphetamine.
