Two men were arrested at a home in the 3200 block of Central Avenue on Saturday evening after a parole agent reported that a registered sex offender had tampered or removed ankle bracelet.

At 10:18 p.m. officers made contact with parolee Ricardo Solis, 49, of Ceres, who was arrested on a parole hold. A second man, believed to be his brother, Hector Solis, 45, of Ceres, was arrested after he threw methamphetamine out the back door where an officer was standing.
