Two persons were arrested together at Cost Less Foods on Tuesday evening, Jan. 29 for shoplifting.

At 5:05 p.m. Officer Matt Myers responded to Cost Less Foods regarding two subjects who had stolen items from the store. The loss prevention officer told police that Collin Krummel, 25, of Modesto and transient Shanita Osborne, 33, concealed merchandise in their clothing and left the store without paying for it. Both Krummel and Osborne were detained by the store officer until Officer Myers arrived. Both were placed under arrest for shoplifting and criminal conspiracy.
