A man and woman from Modesto were cited for shoplifting on Tuesday morning, April 26.

Ceres Police were dispatched at 8:34 a.m. to Cost Less Foods after the two allegedly stole merchandise and fled in a vehicle. Armed with a description of the car, police found the vehicle with two suspects inside of it sitting in the Home Depot parking lot across the street. Cost Less' loss prevention officer positively identified Storm Gill, 22, and Jennifer Rocha, 32, as the thieves.
