Police made a stop on a vehicle being driven at night without its headlights on which in turn led to the discovery of no license for the driver and drugs in the car.

An officer pulled over the car being driven by Eliud Casiano, 45, of Ceres, as he was driving in the area of Central Avenue and Industrial Way at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25. Casiano had no license to drive and his car was impounded for towing. While searching the car officers found a methamphetamine pipe and a bag of crystal methamphetamine.

Casiano was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
