A 44-year-old Ceres man was arrested on three warrants after he was reported yelling at children Wednesday morning, June 29.

Officer Charles Hernandez was dispatched at 11:22 a.m. to find the suspicious person yelling at children in the 1500 block of Mitchell Road. Julio Sarabia, 44, of Ceres, was located and found to be wanted for three no-bail warrants for his arrest issued by Ceres Police Department. The warrants were for prior charges of possession of narcotics, trespassing and violating a restraining order.
