A 47-year-old man who was spotted sitting in front of a closed business early Tuesday, Nov. 9 was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest. 

Officer Matthew Johnson was on patrol at 3:11 a.m. when he spotted Joseph Ofisa in the 1800 block of Mitchell Road. 

Ofisa was transported to the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center where he was booked.
