A Modesto woman was arrested Thursday after she allegedly rummaged through the office of Pro Street Mufflers at 1349 Mitchell Road.

At 11:04 a.m. employees spotted Amanda Graybill, 30, of Modesto, rifling through the office. She allegedly took some items before fleeing in a Chevy S-10 Blazer. The license plate was turned over to police who tracked down Graybill to a location on Tully Road in Modesto. She was positively identified through a photo lineup.

Graybill had three active warrants issued by Modesto Police for commercial burglaries and the Ceres crime was her fourth.

Acting Police Chief Brent Smith was unable to say what items were taken from the business.
