Monica Sapien, 48, of Ceres, was arrested Tuesday morning, Sept. 26, after she entered a mobile home - where she is no longer allowed - and showed signs of being on drugs.
Police were called to 2841 Fowler Road, space 63 at 11:03 a.m. for reports of a woman causing problems.
