Officer Thomas Miller stopped Raymond Padilla, 34, of Ceres, riding a bicycle on northbound Moffet Road going in the opposite lane of traffic and was arrested after being searched and found with crystal methamphetamine.

Padilla was stopped at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at Calcago Street and Running Lane. He denied being on probation but a check showed him to be on parole and searchable. A baggie containing crystal meth was found in his pocket. Padilla was booked for possession of narcotics.
