Country singers Martina McBride and Jerrod Niemann have been booked for separate performances at this summer's Stanislaus County Fair in Turlock.

McBride, a triple platinum recording country music icon, will be performing on Tuesday, July 14 on the Bud Light Variety Free Stage at 8:30 p.m. The concert will be hosted by KAT Country 103 and is free with the price of admission.

"Martina McBride has one of the most recognizable voices in the country music industry," said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. "To have a legend like Martina performing at the Fair is very thrilling and something everyone will be looking forward to."

McBride has had 20 Top 10 hits and six number one smashes. As a result, McBride is ranked as the most played woman vocalist on country radio between 1999 and 2010 and was honored with an induction into the cast of the Grand Ole Opry in 1995. The Country Music Association (CMA) has named her Female Vocalist of the Year four times. The Academy of Country Music (ACM) presented her with its Top Female honor three times and the Recording Academy has nominated her for 14 Grammy Awards. The release of her latest album "Everlasting" comes during a time of numerous career highlights for her. She joins Country Music Hall of Fame member George Strait on his farewell tour in the spring, while also having her first book, published by Harper Collins and titled Around The Table, due out this fall.

Jerrod Niemann will be performing on the Bud Light Variety Free Stage at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, July 17.

"Jerrod Niemann is a fantastic country performer," commented Alkhas. "We know that he will put on an incredible show and will have everyone on their feet singing along to all his hits."

Niemann recently followed his Record Industry Association of America (RIAA) gold certified multi-week number 1 smash, "Drink to That All Night," with his High Noon album's second Top 40 single, "Buzz Back Girl." Niemann's chart-topping major-label debut, 2010's Judge Jerrod & The Hung Jury, produced the No. 1 hit and RIAA certified platinum digital single, "Lover, Lover," and the Top 5 and RIAA certified gold digital single, "What Do You Want." His sophomore release, Free The Music, hit shelves last year and featured the Top 15 single "Shinin' On Me" and the emotional ballad "Only God Could Love You More." Niemann has swiftly become a fan and industry favorite, earning award nominations from the ACM, CMA, CMT, and the American Country Awards, while headlining his own shows and touring with such artists as Dierks Bentley, Brad Paisley, and Keith Urban.

The 2015 Stanislaus County Fair opens Friday, July 10 for a 10-day run. Discounted Fair admission tickets, unlimited ride wristbands, and the Fair season pass will be on sale beginning Saturday, May 2.
