Lakewood Funeral Home was in charge of private inurnment for Douvath Douangpangna, 68, of Modesto. He died Monday, June 28, 2004 at Doctors Medical Center.
Born Oct. 15, 1935, Mr. Douangpangna was a native of Laos and lived in Modesto for one year. He was a security guard. Mr. Douangpangna was a member of the Ceres and Modesto Buddhist Temple.
He leaves behind by three children, Souvannarath Douangpangna and Chitpraseuth Douangpangna, both of Laos, and Souvannoroth Douangpangna of Belgium; his brother, Sourignavieng Douangpangna of Laos; and four sisters, Souvanvaly Anoulackkam and Borivieng Sivisay, both of Laos, Viengkham Sayaphone of France and Chanthavieng Lawson of Modesto.
