Evins Funeral Home was in charge of private services for Gary Wayne Stillabower, 51, of Ceres. He died June 23, 2005 at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.
Born March 3, 1954, Mr. Stillabower was a native of Columbus, Ind., and lived in Stanislaus County for 10 years. He was a construction worker.
Mr. Stillabower leaves behind four children, Tony Stillabower of Columbus, Wayne Stillabower and Sarah Stillabower, both of Modesto, and Patricia Jordan of North Vernon, Ind.; his father, Orville Stillabower of Indiana; three brothers, Ron Stillabower, Lee Stillabower and Randy Stillabower, all of Columbus; four sisters, Phyllis Plank of Napa, Jean Stillabower of Hope, Ind., Janet Sullivan of Modesto and Loretta Purtelbaugh of Edinburgh, Ind.; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Opal Gates.
